Quick checks for the most common setup issues.

Countdown does not add

Confirm the target date is in the future and at least one time unit is enabled. Reopen the app if Canva permissions were changed.

LIVE button is unavailable

LIVE hosting is intentionally unavailable until the owner enables it after embed-provider testing. The Canva design surface must also support embed insertion.

Upgrade button is unavailable

The upgrade button appears only after Stripe Checkout and the verified Stripe webhook are both configured. This prevents a payment flow from being shown before automated Lifetime delivery is ready.

Lifetime did not appear after checkout

Return to VowKit and choose Refresh VowKit access. If it remains locked, send the Stripe receipt/session reference to support. Never send full card details.
